Description

VSSJA-1 one end flange type steel expansion joint, when install the product on pipeline, screw down the nut, make elastic O-ring seal rely on elastic deformation and coordinate inclination to press tightly on pipe outside, playing function of sealing and connecting. VSSJA-1 single flange limit expansion joint mainly used for pipeline connection of water, oil, gas and particle powder medium, it’s a new pipeline connecting product for pump and valves. It embraces advantages of reasonable structure, reliable sealing property, convenient installation and displacement compensation. On basis of original property, it adds stop devices, use double nuts to lock at max expansion amount place, in this way to make pipeline flex freely within allowable expansion amount, once exceed max expansion amount, the limiting bolt will efficiently prevent pulling off, especially suitable for pipeline with vibration and inclination.

Since VSSJA-1 is ne end flange type steel expansion joint metal product, it has higher tensile and compressive strengthen, good sealing property, easy to assemble and unassembled, has been widely used in electric power, metallurgy, water supply and drainage, and sewage treatment industries, mainly used for water pump and pipeline connection. It protected the pipeline, especially convenient for pipeline installation and maintenance.

Tips: VSSJA-1 ne end flange type steel expansion joint is not suitable for water pump exit and pipeline corner, metal dismantling joint is the best choice. Because dismantling bolt will transmit blind plate thrust to everywhere of the pump and pipeline, that avoid the blind plate thrust concentrating on near end of pipeline or pump, in case of impact force damage equipment.
